Must I participate in your sales program to purchase any travel or recreation products?

No. You do not need to be a participant to order the products.

Must I purchase anything initially to become a distributor eligible to receive commissions on sales or to build a downline?

No. There is no initial required purchase to participate in any phase of the marketing program. A Sales Kit will be provided at no cost. You must make wholesale purchases and sales to be commissionable.

How many people can I have on my first level?

You may put as many people as you like on your first level within the first 75 days. However, within that time, you must sell a minimum of three travel or recreation products to non-distributors.

I do not like to sell or recruit. How will this program work for me?

Most Network Marketers don't like to, or can't easily, sell product or build a downline. We have approved companies that are available to work for you for a nominal fee.

Must I use a third party to sell products and build a downline?

No. You may sell products or build a downline on your own. In order to qualify for advanced commissions, you must participate in our Marketing Assistance Program.

Must I use your existing approved companies to have a third party sell for me?

No, but if you have another person or company sell products and build a downline for you, they must understand and follow The Winners' Circle, Inc. policies and procedures and be approved by The Winners' Circle, Inc.

If I hire a third party to assist me in sales and in building a downline, can I also personally sell and recruit?

Yes. The more travel and recreation products you and your downline sell, the more you make. Commissions are paid only on the sale of travel and recreation products.

How does the residual income work?

The residual income consists of the commissions and advances earned on travel and recreation product sales. The products are renewable annually. You receive commissions whenever anyone in your downline makes a product purchase or renews their membership. NO commissions are paid on recruiting. Commissions are ONLY paid on travel and recreation products sold.

Is The Winners' Circle, Inc. approved by the Attorney General or Better Business Bureau?

Neither the Attorney General nor The Better Business Bureau approves companies. The Winners' Circle, Inc. is licensed with all appropriate authorities where our offices are located.

What do I do if I want to withdraw from the program?

The Winners' Circle, Inc. will permit you to withdraw from the program at any time. Our policy states that upon proper notice of your intent to withdraw, for any reason, we will refund all sums paid by you to the Company for product or services, minus any commissions previously paid to you. Cash refunds are available only to Distributors who terminate their relationship with the Company.

When I have a marketing company working for me, what are my responsibilities?

While the marketing company can do most of the work, you do have some important responsibilities. Except for one membership purchased, which you may retain for your own personal use, you must sell or distribute to non-distributors over half of the rest of the memberships that you purchased at wholesale, reporting the sales to your company.
